Pork Chops

These are not your mom's dry Pork Chops!  Serve with Broccolini and Applesauce.
Serves 2.

Ingredients

4 thin cut Pork Chops
OR
2 thick cut Pork Chops divided into 4 thin pieces
Salt
Olive Oil

Directions

In a large pan heat Olive Oil on medium heat.  If you heat it too much and it starts to smoke, let it cool down a little.
Place thin Pork Chops in pan and sprinkle with Salt.

Cook 4-5 mins each side.  DO NOT OVER COOK!
Use the FMDT to check the doneness of the meat and cook to medium rare.
If you do cut into it to see how done it is, do not wait for the entire piece to be white, a little pink is good.
Over cooked Pork Chops is what we all remember as kids and why we hated it... until now!
