About Halie Casey

I have always loved cooking, from the time I was little and my Mother showed me how to mix the cookie dough, to living on my own, trying to recreate her wonderful meals. When I met my now husband and discovered he also loved to cook, we spent hours in the kitchen cooking together.  I am working on specializing in special diets and holistic healthy eating. 


This is a chronicle of the meals I have made and the tips and tricks I am picking up along the way. I hope this will inspire those of you that want to eat better or need to change your diet but still want to enjoy your meals. I will point you to recipes, gadgets, and other tips that I have and are still learning.
