Almond Chicken Salad

This is a great Salsa for lunch or a picnic.
Serve with Orange slices with Coconut.
Serves 2.


Ingredients

1 Cup Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
1 Cup Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 Cup Butter Lettuce, shredded
1/4 Cup Red Cabbage, chopped
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 Cup Dates
1-2 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1-2 Tbsp freshly squeezed OJ

Directions
Combine all ingredients except liquids in a large bowl.
Toss with Flaxseed Oil and OJ.
